Depends on what car your planning to install them on. TA or Camaro?? Mine cleared on my SS after doing the BFH mod on the inner fender well and I had no issues with the outside edge of the well. I do know that TA's are slightly different and seem to be a bit closer as far as the outer edge goes, therefore the possibility of fender rolling exist.
If your planning on using them with the Hemicuda, then I would have no clue.

I would say be careful going up curbs and such on an angle until you know for sure, that way you won't tear up the edges of your tires. The prokit has a tendency to drop a smidge more than advertised and will sag a little after a period of usage. To be safe I would say fender roll... pretty cost effective for peace of mind!!

I have 315 Nittos on TTMs on my WS6 with the Pro-kit. Mine didnt hit until I went over RR tracks or something but the actually were cutting into the tire. I would do it just to be sure.

A bodyshop will do it but its really not hard. Get yourself a "dead-blow" hammer and it wont scratch the paint. You only have to roll the top of the wheel well, not all the way around.

And like SS1875 said...they drop more than advertised, in fact My Dad and I did the same springs on my car and his 01 SS and they dropped .75 more on mine than on his.

I need to roll my fenders! In the meantime, I've been using SLP jounce spacers and it stopped the tire rubbing... but the trade off is having the bump stops contact the axle more ofter during bigger bumps

Doesn't rub at all, even on hard *** turns. There's plenty of room. I don't see why a 335 would rub either. Maybe on the inside.

if you can afford replacing a brand new set of 315 tires in one day of driving, then no you do not need to roll the fenders.

Even 295 wide will rub if your car is lowered a lot.
