I was wondering who has the best idea for pulling timing with a wet kit after the throttle body?

The IAT (with pcm table work) or timing tricker mod.

Timing Tuner, Timing Twister, Interface by HSW, a nitrous tune, or as stated above the IAT works great also.

Get a timing tuner or a nitrous tune. I took the latter of the two myself. I think you lose a whopping 5 hp backing off 3 or 4 degrees. Not enough to notice IMO. Depending on what size shot your running you could probably just run stock timing. Just make sure your not getting any knock retard.
Edit: If your just spraying a 125 shot on that T/A and those mods I would say your fine.

I went the timing tuner route I figure later down the road when I have more mods the 5-6 degree's I pull for the 150 or even 200 shot might be worth quite a few ponies
