78-81 guys. Where did you mount your PCMs?

78-81 fbody guys. Where did you mount your PCMs? F-body guys I need some ideas. My engine did not come with a wiring harness so I'm going to order one from Speartech. First I need to know where the PCM will be mounted so I can tell them if I need the wires to the PCM extended.
So lets see/hear your mounting solutions and if you had the harness extended or not. I'd like to mount mine inside the car to keep the engine bay looking clean.

Computor placement I also used a speartech harness, was able to install mine in the original location.rite front kick panel.the computors are so robust these days they can go anywhere.He will make any lenth you desire.but plan on trying to rout a cable 1"to1.25"dia . inside floor shift consul to under the might work best if theres room
