To Boost PVC Or Not To?
is it better to have the PVC system udner VAC all the time. or should i have it hooked up in the stock location so it sees boost and vac as the rest of the motor does

It is certainly better to have it under vacuum all the time. If the crankcase sees boost it will try to find a way to make an exit. Usually that is blowing a gasket out. If you are as lucky as me it will be the rear main seal or the opti seal.
Some say PCV valves are supposed to seal off when they see boost...but this is the real world with contaminants, parts that wear, and manufacturing tolerances. I highly recommend at least a check valve somewhere between the intake and the crankcase...before the pcv or after. I think I ran mine before.
