Welding a tank on an IC (Southeast PA)

Anyone good at welding, or know someone reasonable, that does good work to weld an end-tank onto an IC (local only)?

I can get it done for you. I dont personally tig weld but there is a shop right next door to me who does it and he is VERY good. Feel free to give me a call or a PM and ill take care of ya if you wanna drive down here.
