Cross Country Drivers??
Anyone drive across country say from the Louisiana area to say the Arizona area or any route that would cover from one to the other?
I just worked out a purchase on a vehicle (used to live in Az) and with the price of gas I trying to maybe catch a ride as opposed to flying. To fly there and then the gas back is going to be alot.

New Mexico was easy, i averaged 90-95mph all the way through. LA sucked, the roads were horrible and the traffic on that long *** bridge was aggravating as hell. Slidell or however you spell it was a **** town too.

You should also consider having it shipped. If the pickup and drop off locations are near freeways it could be a lot cheaper than you think to have it delivered to you door. I had my car shipped 480 miles for only $295. Saved me a lot of time and hassle.
