Currently a daily driver and would like to keep it that way.. .. ..

CAI
K&N filter
SLP lid
ported & polished T/B
LS6 intake ported to match heads
241 heads ported & flow checked to near 300/220 @ .600
Stock rockers, stock lifters
Comp Cams 7.400 hardened pushrods
stock valve sizes on 241s with Manley springs good to .650 lift with titanium retainers. . .
Magic Stick 3 from Texas Speed (recently freshened up by Comp Cams) with 237/242 .605/.610" and 113LSA

stock bottom end w/Amsoil
Taylor Thundervolt 10.5s and TR55s
Flowtech/Hooker LT 1 7/8's to 3"
True-Duals (3") w/x-pipe & 15" bullets.

Thoughts?

Looks solid. You might want a smaller cam for a dd. It's not like you can dd that cam...but you will gain more power under the curve with something in the low/mid 230's.

That is a great setup, I would get some LS7 lifters while you at it.

As for DD, I think its all in the tuner. My tuner made my Torquer V3 drive like stock.

Haven't researched or even seen a single thread about the lifters ("no respect. . .").

Something special or super-bo-whamodine light w/the LS7 lifters? Same diameter as the LS1/LS6 lifters or would the block need work to fit them? (i.e. is it a hassle?)

you will need to get the lifters, you will have a "sowing machine" sound, unless it doesnt bother you but yeah the ls7 will be much smoother
