My situation with throwing both these codes its the 5v ref is shorted to 12v intermediately. In my case the customer cleans his car like its a religion and come to find out after tracing and tracing. found it to be a pcm. due to condensation in the pcm in the bottom of the case causing the circuits to be come conductive and pass 12v over into the 5v reference areas shutting the car down. I have seen theses codes linked together along with maf Sig's high and low codes along with front a rear knock sensors. So if you get a linked codes p0102 p0103 p0327 p0332 p0335 p0342 p1635 p1639 take a look at the pcm and the circuit board. Hope this helps.
