If an LS6 cam is worth about 20hp what is a TR220/220 114 worth? about 30?

02 LS6 cam is ~ 204/218 with ~ .550 lift on a ~117 LSA

TR220 is 220/220 ~.553 lift on a 114 LSA

I think on average the TR220 should be good for ~5-15rwhp over the LS6 depending on the rest of the set up.

The 220 will make more power across the rpm range as the lS6 will start making good power above 4500rpm. The 220 will make better torque(earlier)

There is no comparison between the TR220 and the LS6 cam. There are several cars making 380rwhp with the TR220 on STOCK heads. I'm making 403rwhp with the TR220 and that is with a lid and headers as my only bolt ons, no TB, Cutout, or underdrive pulley.

correct. The thunder 220 cam is so much better than the LS6 cam. the choice between those two would be a no brainer for me.

You cant make good torque under the curve with a cam such as the LS6. The TR220 would walk away from the LS6 cam in the midrange, even though under some conditions the peak power would be close.
