Wtb: Ls1 Ecu Looking for 98+ Ecu that didnt come with the factory speed limiter on it, not looking for anything chipped or tuned really just an ecu with no limiter, ss or z28

well for one, if the car went above 118 and didnt hit a fuel cut then it didnt come with one, or you could type the vin in and see if it came with it or not.
