Need Tune or drivable for a few miles?

Need Tune or drivable for a few miles? The car is stalled, and I'm about to put in heads/cam/30lbs injectors. Am I gonna be able to drive this **** to the shop to have it tuned or is it gonna have to be towed?

I wouldn't attempt to start it until you have the injector flow rate adjusted for the injectors, it will dump a ton of gas in there. If not for that you could probably drive it for just a few miles.
