i know a lot of guys talk about chatter, but im getting a killer deal on one and hate to pass it up. the only thing is my car is pretty much bone stock right now.
is this clutch going to be too much overkill right now and how bad do they chatter? how many rpms does it normally take to get it going from a dead stop. it also comes with a billet steel flywheel. any input would be great. i just dont want my car to be a hassle to drive. thanks

Typically any brand of "dual friction" clutch discs can chatter. They really don't like to be slipped. You should find the "sweet spot" soon after installing it and it should drive 'normal".

I have it. I LOVE it. It honestly drives almost stockish. NO chatter, the pedal isn't that hard to push down, and it's got a nice feeling to it when it engages. It's not what I would consider an on/off style clutch, but it grabs pretty hard. I've driven SPEC 3'ed cars and the RAM is a much nicer clutch IMO. It'll be great on a bolt on car.
