Default rod swap

does anyone have a write up on how to swap out pushrods. I think I might have a couple bent ones. how hard is it also. I am in the houston area if anyone wants to help!! thanks guys. Brett

1. remove coil packs (mark them for front driver/ front passenger side)
2. remove valve covers
3. remove rocker arms
4. remove replace pushrods
5. replace rockers and tork to 22lbs
6. turn engine over at crank with a breaker bar a few times and recheck the rockers
7. replace the stuff you pulled

SUCCESS!!!! I went ahead and did it earlier today but I did exaclty what you said. took me about 3 hours. and its a good thing I did it to, I had 7 bent rods and it sounded normal(I guess the dealership didnt know what they were talking about after all). one looked like a boomerang. anyways thanks for the replies.OUT!!
