Has Anyone Used POR-15 On Their Engine Bay?
Has anyone used POR-15 to paint their engine bay and had good results? Any pictures would help since im trying to decide if i want to go along with doing it myself.

i just used it on the underside of my box and the frame on my z71. lays smooth if the surface is smooth and is somewhat reflective. dont kno what your looking for out of its use though.

yeah i havent seen anyone use it on the engine bay. best way to go for that is base coat clear coat method. i sand blasted mine primed it and when i paint the car will base it and clear it. i plan on using por 15 on my floors and frame rails.

Coming from the second gen world I've seen it used on floor pans, frame rails, suspension components and even rear ends but never under the hood. I am sure someone out there has done it though try searching around on classic car sites (hotrodders.com etc).
