Default torquer 2 cam and a procharger?

will a torquer 2 cam work with a procharger or should i switch it out for something else. any input would be greatly appreciated. Will the cam make more or less power over the band or over the peak?

I had the T2 and P1SC for a while and it ran fine. Not the ideal cam for a blower, but it'll work fine. Power was way up top though. I dynoed 634rwhp and 531rwtq with that combo. Made a lot of peak power up top.

You need to contact Bob at Exotic Performance Plus. They are the Pros when it comes to ProChargers and which cam will meet your needs.

does it feel peaky or is there good power across the band? Do you have any track numbers with that combo? My main question is what is wrong with the peak being up high considering i have a stall and now i have 3.90 gears. I never really seem to be any where but up top once i get on it. Because after seeing those numbers i may just leave that bad boy in unless someone thinks differently. Chime in please.

I'd say go ahead and use your torquer 2 cam. We have used a lot of cams that aren't suppose to be the best cam for a ProCharger, and have been amazed many times. Bob

I am running a big NA cam, and I going to use it first just to see what happens.

I am contemplating the same thing. I'm going to try to make a D1SC part of my cars future next spring. I have a V2 112 and my thought was with a stock engine with stock compression that it may help things stay together until I can build a motor more suited.

Question for EPP, what pulley should be used for this cam to get about 500-550rwhp. Car puts down about 400rwhp right now. I figure this is about the limit before I destroy something.

It felt great all through the band. Ran 11.4x @ 127... with the P-1SC. Only reason I changed cams was because I went with the L92/L76 combo later.

Brian, you will probably end up needing a pulley in the 4.25 size range, if you are using an 8 rib D-1SC. Bob
