Justin, should you get ABS? That depends in large part on if you feel you'll miss your ABS. If you delete the ABS, you'll need to delete the code for it or else you'll have an annoying light on your dash.
The girdle isn't necessary for your application...unless you're thinking about pulling some 1.3 60ft times sometime soon. But hey, it sure does look purty under there.

If you are going to buy a rear from Moser,, don't believe what they say about having your rear built in two days(they boast that only they offer a two day turn around). I ordered mine through LS1Speed.com on 08/11/03, and it was not done and shipped out of Moser until 08/19/03 That is 6 business days, not 2!! Moser uses Old Dominion to ship their stuff, finally, they picked it up on 08/19/03, and were supposed to deliver it on 08/22/03, but they just felt like changing that date to 08/25/03 for no apparent reason. As of this post, I still haven't received it yet.. Understandably very annoyed, I called ls1speed, and in short, they told me there was not much they could do about it. What customer support that was heh?? I then called Old Dominion, and they basically told me the same thing, only a little more apathetic. I was going to call Moser to complain to them, but guess what I think they'll tell me?? If I were going to do it all over again, I would only order direct from Strange,, albeit a little more $$, but I would not have to think about applying for Social Security waiting for the darned thing to arrive!! I learned a valuable lesson,, even though youre spending $2500+, don't think that will buy you anymore if any real customer support.

You also might have a real installer set up the gears instead of Moser`s installers. My moser(12 bolt)is noisy.I believe the pinion depth is set up to tight. But I have no other problems with the Moser 12 bolt after a year and a half.

I agree with that. Moser, for some reason, doesn't seem to be able to set up gears to save their life. Justin, I'd get Charlie Bundy to do all the work, including setting up the gears (Moser will charge you extra to do this and it will 99% for sure NOT be done right.)
