Default Need Amp Help Asap!

I need amp suggestions to power 2 10" Rockford Fosgate P3's that are dual 2 ohms. 400 watts rms each..Really need to know what type of amp I need. 2 channel or what? I'm just completely confused. I want to order this tonight so I can have everything for my system by next week. Thanks for the help!!

If you have two dual 2 ohms subs, you should probably have just a big class D that puts out 800RMS @ 2 ohms. You'll wire the voice coils in series and the subs in parallel, giving you a 2 ohm overall load for the amp. So when you look for an amp to buy, the key is that you want a class D or mono channel amp that's 800Watts RMS x 1 @2 ohms. Don't look at the max power. +1 a good 800rms (1600max) @ 2ohm would be great. and wire them like mentioned before to obtain that overall 2ohm impedence
