Default Results of a K&N Air Filter....
Just installed my new Ported Throttle Body from Jantzer Performance. Now here's a few pics of the stock throttle body, and well the results of using a K&N Air Filter for a few months. It's been seafoamed which cleaned it up a bit, switched to a Purolator Filter right after this from Advanced Auto & MAF cleaner but look at how oily & dirty this thing still is after using the K&N....

that isnt from the filter, that looks like normal carbon and oil blow-by buildup.

Ohh okk lol didnt really think about that but when i did have the K&N on. The plate was awhole lot dirtier then what it looks like now.

Yep...that is from your crankcase ventilation system. That is why people use catch cans...

use throttle body cleaner once and a while in there and you will never have problem not that you did again.
