I guess my rack to a dive. It turns fine to the right...but has no assist to the left...and makes a wierd noise (like fluid leaking at high pressure). So, I guess the seal is leaking internally. I hear it is easiest to just replace the rack rather than try to repair.

Send me your price. I found one on ebay for $59...however I would rather buy from a more trusted souece
