FYI: KPH Speedo For us who live in a metric world and have Kilometers per hour on our speedometers the instrument has to be set to 2486 pulses per kilometer.
The VSS output 4000 pulses per mile and that equals to 2486 pulses per kilometer.
I have instruments from Smiths in the UK and the lowest setting they have is 2500 pulses per kilometer and that is close enough. My speedo is very accurate now.
