What color is the smoke? Is the engine using up a bunch of oil?

When a car smokes on deceleration it is most often because of valve guide seals. Pull the springs, replace the seals and you should be good to go.

The smoke is blueish white. the car has 77k for miles. it uses some oil but nothing major. mod wise it has a 588 lift cam headers exhaust and 4:10 gears. just wondering if it was valve seals wouldnt the car smoke all the time?

contrary to pouplar belief once valve seals start to go bad they don't always smoke all the time. it's quite common for the seals to deteriorate fast on a higher milage motor with a cam swap. just replace your seals and your good to go

Did you remove your egr system when you installed the full exhaust?
A malfunction in your egr setup could cause this, as well.
Also, did this start right after your new tune for your mods?
A rich condition on deceleration might cause this.
Pull every plug and inspect them for color,
i.e. a green plug will indicate burning antiffreeze, if you run the good 'ol green stuff.
imo, check the valve seals first. just giving out ideas...
