Default Good alighment shop needed in south eastern PA...

Hey all. Im in West Chester, PA. Im going to be needing an alignment shop soon, and Im looking for a place that does good work, and would probably allow me to wait for it.

My last experience, was with a shop called "Artys Speed Shop". Im almost 100% sure they did a burnout in the parking lot with my car while they had it. Also they told me my water pump was bad (this is the day after I finished my swap....) and I think they did something to it while beating on it. But the pump wasnt bad...the puddle was a one time occurance.

Anyway...just wondering if you all know of a good place. I also have "preferred" alignment specs. So Ide want a place that is willing to go not by the books..

Thanks!

J.

Well for one I'd like to see that car out at an EPFBA meet. Nice ride. Second, I know a few places around allentown, but not down that way. Good luck. I'm sure if you posted over on www.epfba.org they would have an answer for ya.

Where is Artys Speed Shop? I've never even heard of it. Sorry, I don't have any good info on an alignment shop.

Its actualy not a "speed shop" I guess. But I trusted them because they deal with a lot of modified cars and trucks.

Its in Coatesville, PA. Out near G.O. Carlson Airport.

Carlson's alignment shop on route 1 in langhorne. they do excellent work....not cheap but they'll do whatever it takes to get it to go straight and come out right. give them a call and see about waiting and pricing. im pretty sure you can wait though since they have a waiting room.

Rosemont tire here in rosemont..... right by villanova university. They work on Algar Ferraris cars. I didnt like the length of test drive they took my car for.... about 6 minutes. but i would have smelt the burnt oil if they were beating on my car. You can wait if you get an appointment. They will take your alignment specs. I think my alignment was 85-95 dollars.

Cool guys...thanks for the suggestions. Ill make some calls and see whats what. I think I have it ball parked...hopefully its stable enough to drive. If not, and I cant get it close, ILl have to go somewhere as close as possible.

Hey mikey....your shop will hopefully be the next shop the car visits... if all goes as planned.

Ill let you all know which shop I go with and how it works out.

Yo Justin,
Theres a place called Mickey's Suburban Alignments here in Broomall somewhat near DCCC. My friend used to work there and did some work on my car. As far as I know, tons of body shops outsource their alignments to Mickey's. Its a clean, well taken care of shop, no BS laying around. I think their reputation speaks for itself. Just somethin else for you.

when I had Phoenix do my alignment, they asked me what track I was going to and my weight.

I came back to find a bunch of brake rotors stacked in the drivers seat to simulate my weight, and they knew the track I was going to, so they set it up for that track.

They race and build a bunch of cars, so they can do practically anything you want.
