Insufficient Switching Sensor 1 or Bank 1 Sensor 1
i just got this code about 5 minutes ago. what's it mean?
it flooded in my town today, and i was driving afterwards, and was going super slow through the puddles (some covered my y-pipe) is there a chance i got water on my o2 driving or when i was spraying the mud off my car when i got home?
car was idling really really rough and almost died just idling in my driveway before i gave it some gas.

well i started getting a misfire on #1, and i pulled the plug today and it looked like there was a very very light coat of either fuel or oil on the arc of the plug, right before it covers the tip, as well as the base ring was starting to get covered in black carbon or whatever it is. would this be caused from running too rich?
