Is there a way to identify the year of an LQ9 if I have pictures? The engine in question is labeled as an 04, but the engine cover has the Cadillac symbol and says Vortec HO, just like the pictures of 02 Escalades had on Autotrader.com. I realize the year shouldnt make much of a difference overall, but it will make a big difference in my trust of his credibilty for the amount of miles he claims is on it.
