Default Ran at 8 psi today

I bogged coming off the line pretty bad with a 4K launch. I'd of tried a 5K rpm launch, but afarid of breaking it. They had a King of the street fastest street car shootout in Winterport, Me. It's 1/8th mile racing though, not what the car is setup for, but still fun.

Best run at 8 psi was;
60' 1.96
330' 5.112
mph 102.27
ET 7.554

I put the Hoosier QTP's on it yesterday and changed the plugs. Seems like the tires knocked 3 tenths off my previous best, but obviously has alot more in the 60'.

You just need to get the turbo hot for launch.I would let it idle in the lanes then during the burnout on/off the gas a few times to build heat.With a correct 4k rpm launch the car should fully spool and drop you to a 1.5-6.

Keep practising.

I know how you feel, I am figuring it out, but I am still trying to get my 60's down. Not a turbo car but i think that the suspention is setup about the same. Makes me want a auto sometimes.
best 60 so far is a 1.75, thats on 325 radials
