Default c6/truck manifold setup question

ok so I am going to build my own setup using the c6 and truck manifold.
My question is, I am planning on doing a twin turbo setup. Will having 2 different manifolds on the motor make a difference when running twins? seems like having 2 different exhaust pulses and backpressures from the different manifolds would mess something up.

If you were doing a big single, the different manifolds wouldn't make the slightest bit of difference at anything above idle. Since you are doing twins, I'm curious if the slight difference will have any affect. My gut says nothing noticeable, but who knows?

no not anything you can tell. the exhaust manifolds aren't that different enough to make a difference.
