if you look on the forum you will see that most people say that 13:1 is best for a na car, but to honest you need to put it on the dyno and check it at a variety of airfuel ratios, from my personal experiences i have seen cars make the same power at 12.5:1 as 13:1, but it obviously safer from knock at 12.5:1 so its really up to you to decide
