Default Whos running TR6 NGKs...

on there DD, right now i'm running TR55GP's & they are fine, but i'm noticeing a pattern on the ground strap, they are burning in between the middle & base & not at the curve, so this tells me there on the hotter side, so if the TR6's will do fine on a Bolt-on DD with some track time, i'll go with them, non the less, i did order a set today to try them out.

I drive my tr6's everywhere i just change them every years because of the amount of nitrous i use in one year. Sounds like you are describing ignition timing not the heat range of the plug tho. And if you are then you need to make a WOT shut the car off and pull a plug to read wot timing on a plug correctly otherwise your checking the idle timing if you let it idle before you shut it off. Also new plugs are supposed to be used when reading plugs. Good info
