Default Need some local help

I need to find someone in the Middle Tennessee area that can help me with this LM7 engine. It's a 2004 Drivetrain swapped from a Silverado to a 59 Suburban.
I have checked the wiring and everything looks good. It just runs terrible (rich) when the mass airflow sensor is connected.
Anyone know of a good shop in this area?

You'll have better luck if you post in the regional section. Good-luck

Unplug the MAF and see if it runs normal. The engines run fine without the MAF. If it does then go get some electric parts cleaner and spray down the resistor in your MAF. I drove for 2 months without a MAF on my stock tune on my LT1 to keep the fans on. Didnt even lose but maybe 1mpg. No ill effects. Just try it.
