What is an injector fault

What is an injector fault I loaded up the Injector Fault PID into EFILIVE and all my injectors say "OK" except for Injector 8, It says "Fault" and every once in a while it says "OK" but for 2 hours today I drove it around and it said "Fault"
I have no SES codes and have not looked at the pulse width yet. EFILIVE v5 doesn't have injector duty cycle but v6 does it and will be out in a few weeks, I already have my resgistration for it
Anyways anyone know what it means?
