Default MAF tuning question

Ok this is specific i bought my car mods in the sig i always thought the numbers were low for the mods. I have tunercats obd2 software i was looking at the tune the previous tuner did set the injector flow rate incorrectly for the 42lb green tops so im going to fix that with the injector spreadsheet.

Then another look at the tune hardly any changes to the ve tables and tuned it all with the maf the #'s they used to get it to fuel it are crazy on the scale IMO. I think im gonna start from scratch since im finding things that do not look correct in my eyes what do you others think about this method of tuning that the previous tuner did????

It's all voodo. Both sides of the argument will agrue vehmently that their method of tuning is correct.

I don't see how employing one method over another using third party tools to modify proprietary software can be judged as "better," or absolutely "the" way to tune.
