Default 60s enough for E85

im getting close to firing up my setup. and back and fourth with using E85 for the benefits when using it with boost. I do have a dual nozzle meth kit. but are 60lbs injectors enough injector for a 8.8cr 4.8 with following mods. ported fast 90, 230/236 .595/601 115+2 cam and a PT88. fuel is -8 feel -6 return with twin walboros

planning to run 15psi daily. i know if i had a larger cubed motor then 60s wouldnt be enough with E85 but being a smaller motor will they be enough?

thanks in advance

Not at all. You are far short. An 88 is gonna need 75's as a bare minimum on Gasoline. E85 I'd run 84's or 96's.

I set up my whole system for E85, I decided against it because Im not running an FI setup and couldnt really see a huge benefit. Anyways Im running a 403 and I had 65# and an A1000 to puch it all, I would def. have to agree and say that you going to have to go with the 84's atleast. Expecially running at 15psi

They're not big enough for what your doing man. Not for the boost and RPM you want to turn. Here is a screen shot of mine on a 505rwhp dyno pull with just over 10psi of boost and 6200rpm. I was also out of fuel pump (single 255) as you can see I was commanding 7.31 and only getting 8.1 AFR and not getting it even if I upped the VE table. They would have gone a little farther if I would have had more fuel pump, but not much. This was on my 4.8 btw, after the first time I pushed coolant, . It kept the water in it here on the dyno, but took it to the track this same night and push water again with this same tune. That's when I dropped it down to 7 psi and switched back to gas till the LS1 was built.
