Default Backfire during high rpm shifts?

Well i just recently replaced the opti and a bad fuel pump at the same time After doin that ive noticed a backfire or cracking/popping sound when shifting at high rpms. It happens as soon as i press the cluch down to shift. It also does it when free reving in neutral. Its always been a little "poppy" because of the borla being completely open but it hasn't been doing it when shifting until now. Just a little confused because its running great otherwise. Any thoughts?

Put them in with the opti. The opti, plugs, wires, coil, icm, and fuel pump were all replaced at the same time.
