Default Had no choice. Please help

Due to the Hurricanes and all the morons we have living in Tallahassee who find it necessary to go chaotic and rush the gas stations thus ******* everyone over.....

I HAD NO CHOICE BUT TO PUT REGULAR GAS INTO MY CAR.

i IMMEDIATELY ADDED STP Octane Booster to hopefully do some good.

My question is.....what are the bad things that can go wrong by doing this....

thanks guys

Nothing bad will happen. The computer will retard the timing to prevent any detonation that will occure. But since you put octane booster in there it will be no different than running premium gas.

Even if you are still a little worried about it just take it easy on the car and everything will be fine until you can find that premium. Nice ride BTW

just take it nice, but your car shouldn't have an issue. The computer will pull back some timing and take care of it. Not optimal, but not too big a deal. The STP might have helped, I have no idea on that. Sucks to have that hurricane going on, be safe!!

STP isn't the greatest octaine booster since you didn't really have a choice it'll do you okay but next time i recommend something a little higher grade - honestly alot of turbo guys use that NOS octaine booster. . .but i think it might have a little led in it. I've seen a few lsx guys use it too.

Some punk filled my car with 87 the other day. If you drive easy, you will be fine. I have previously used the octane boosters for the same situation... very little if any change and I was out an additional $20
