What to spray to rpm wise?

What to spray to rpm wise? say my rev limiter is set at 6900 and im using a trick window switch, wat should i disable it at? i would love to be as close as possible with out messin it up..

your limiter is at 6900, what rpm do you try to shift at? try a few hundred below what you aim to shift at.
my shift light comes on at 6500. im gonna set the window switch to 6200-6400
