Default 3.50's in a 9in?

Hey i can get a 3rd member with 3.50's in it for very very cheap ($100) and was wondering how much that would slow me down? i have 3.23's in my ten bolt right now... I would just buy a housing and axles plus the center section with 3.50's

Worth it?

Not much if any. It might get you out of the hole a little quicker.

depends... is it a 31 spline with a trac-lock diff unit? otherwise it may be a 28 spline with no posi and thats probably the case. if its 31 spline posi i would jump on it. those normally came out of the 70's 4wd bronco's and trucks. theses no doubt about it... the center section is the single most costly part about the rearend.
