Default cooling problem HELP!!!!!!!!!!!

I just finished the install on the complete procharger D1SC Kit from EPP. My problem is my car is overheating. Im trying to figure out if I wired it wrong or what. When you turn the key on with the engine being over the temp where the fan normally turns on.....will the fan turn on or does the engine have to be running for the fan to be on???? This should help me start a diagnostic for the problem

Id check how you have the fan wired in. Did you change your T-stat?

before I started the procharger, i replaced the t-stat with the 160 hypertech from you guys. I ran the car for a few days and the engine ran cooler so i dont think that was the problem. I'll re-check my wiring but I did it step by step just as the manual said.....
