Default Brake Fluid issue...

Every time I fill my tank I check the oil....Every time I check the oil I find brake fluid that seems to have blowin out the cap. The tank is not over filled yet I see fluid spilled over it all the time. Any ideas what could cause this???

It is highly possible that the brake fluid reservoir cap may not be sealing like it should be. I think I would probably try replacing it for starters. After all if fluid can get out, moisture can get in. Oh ya, and brake fluid eats paint.

You might have some air in the lines that's expanding when the brakes heat up, causing the fluid to be forced back up to the reservoir. But you would probably notice that in pedal feel. Does the pedal feel spongy?

My cap was going bad, bought new cap, problem gone. Could be what finally suggested as well.
