Default procharger p1sc oil help

Just to start, I'm pretty new to the whole FI thing and I'm not very mechanically inclined so with that out of the way I'm getting an p1sc put into my firebird and I'm wondering about changing the prochargers oil. I'm probably going to have the shop that is doing the install change the oil for me but I was wondering in case I wanted to give it a try, how hard is it to do on your own. I got a used kit so no manuals or anything so any advise would be greatly appreciated. Also I'm hearing change the oil every 6000 miles but I don't drive the car very much so I'm thinking it would take me 3 years to put on that many miles. Is there any time limit to be changing the oil?

Not sure about the time limit on the oil at all. Changing the oil isn't to hard, just sometimes a little hard to get to. There is a drain plug at the bottom. And then a fill on the top with a dipstick attached (flat head type bolt).

when you get it back, i would advise pulling the dipstick, ck the oil level so you know where the fill mark is, and ck it from time to time

Thanks for the responses everyone. So does anyone have an opinion on the life of the oil in terms of time instead of miles.
