wide band hp tuner calibration off
my lc1 says 14.5 idling and my hptuner says 13.5-13.7. im logging it through the A/C pressure switch, 0-5.0 volts, 8-18 a/r range. my gauge says 14.3, how do adjust this. hptuner shows about a full point to lean.

Definatly you need to fix the pid.
The wideband when you use the 0-5volt output on any of them, the scaling may be way off. They are user configurable in the software they come with. You need to play with it to make it right. The only way you can make it 100% perfect though is to be using the Serial out on them like the dynos do. Not the 0-5volt out. That is the main reason efilive went with a serial input on the V2 unit so we can now not have to worry about the inconsistancy of the multiple wideband outputs.

Well ok, the unit uses a 0 - 5 output, so say 10=0 volts and 20=5 volts. Draw a straight line on a piece of paper and then try to put the other values in between the 2 marks, so say 11af = 1.77 volts. It is pretty tough to make it perfect everywhere, as you dont have enough data input for the pid to be 100%. you can be close if you spend alot of time on it... But then it will change in the next car or with a different wideband.
By you changing that voltage to 4.95 you throw off that line. So somewhere, something else will shift farther away.
