Default dtc p0174

My car is running horrible it haz no power at all .The car is throwing dtc p0174. Need some imput

That code indicates Bank 2 (passenger side) is 25% too lean. Are you getting any other codes and do you have an aftermarket MAF? Check for exhaust leaks between the engine and O2. Also check for vacuum leaks.

The car has a stock MAF.I checked the vacuum lines and they looked ok .The car has a bad hesitation and surge on acceleration

Check for exhaust leaks from the passenger side header gasket. Also make sure the O2 itself is completely tight in the threads. Did the code come out of nowhere or after recent mods?

dude, I would go to Autozone and just buy a new o2. Put it in. If it doesn't work then take it right back and get your money back on it. From what your saying it sound like you have a bad O2, or unless PHX was saying, you could have an issue about a recent mod that needs immediate tune.
I also noticed your running a stock MAF with all that motor work, I might recomend upgrading to a SLP 80mm with all your mods. Usually helps with allowing better airflow for seups like yours.
