I placed my order 7 days ago and it still says processing but I have already been charged?..... whats going on here? Order # 4557

PayPal always charges right away with our type of small ecommerce site. It says processing until it is shipped (only option we have to click). We are just tracking from our vendor...

Also we were both at the hospital Thursday through Sunday/Monday so orders were processed Tuesday. Should have tracking Monday at the latest. He usually sends it to us for boot clips a day or two after he sends it.

as mark stated, the order was placed the 17th Friday, we were at the hospital all weekend , i processed your order on that Tuesday (Normally I probably would have processed it by that Monday) and your item should have arrived today per tracking
