Default Positive feedback on SLP product replacement

Not sure how or why ppl think SLP WILL NOT stand behind their products, but this was a PM I recently received from the top shop tech @ SLP, Tom's River, NJ:


Thanks for the support - I value all customers very highly, and will always lend a helping hand in any way I can. Customers are our most important asset! Sometimes just getting the right people involved is all it takes. No problem on the scheduling, we'll work around yours.
Just to set the record straight as it relates to my issue w/header coating.
AND, this includes re-install!

For the most part its not that they dont stand behind their products. Its that their customer service has a lot to be desired. I had a bad experience back in like 99' and I've never bought anything since from them.

Anyway, glad you got taken care of and hopefully they start treating every situation better.
