Order and HVAC plate on Nov. 14th and just recieved it today. Their supplier was out of the metal they use to make there plates is why it took so long. I only found that out after sending an email and pm to see why it was taking so long to process the order. I know they probably don't have time to answer phones and thats why you can't contact them that way but communication could of been better had I been notified that there was going to be a hold up.

But besides that product looks to be off good quality and it was worth the money not to have to make one.
