Default New Brakes...

Its about that time 43K and they are a wobbling...Got some Ebay Rotors, crossdrilled, slotted, cut crosshatched, and zinc coated with ceramic pads. $215 shipped Powerstop. Cheaper that buying the regular stuff actaully....I hope they last.

Good news
Car stops just fine.

Bad news
May passenger side axel boot is leaking.
I had it replaced at 15k, the dealer never got the clamps with the boot so they had to find them aftermarket. The car has 43K now. I filed a claim with GM but they said I will have to pay the diag fee of $100, and even if they do fix it, I am not entitiled to courtesy transportation, an not for nothing, I am tired of going to the dealer. So I got a new boot kit from Advance for $19 including tax comming and I'll fix it.

Pull the axle, the passenger side shouldn't be to hard. put on a whole boot, not one of them two piece jobbers, they leak.

Leave it to dorman to make "innovative" crap like that. the boot kit i got is dorman and has these pull strap type clamps with a cut to fit boots.. its so hokey...But I am sure it'll work...
