Default tires goodyear question

most likely I will be getting two new rear tires on monday. Ive heard the eagle f1's are awesome but loud. I can deal with the noise. the question is if i kept the stockers in the front and with the f1's in the rear would that cause any issues?

you should be fine.. tires are tires as long as they are the same size you will be fine.. Lol i seen ppl who have a different brand of tire on every wheel.. The only thing bad about having different tires from the front or whatever is if you trade the car in, they take value off of what its worth..

Basically what u wanna do is keep the same Type of tires. Winters, all season, performance. Im not sure what car u have, if u have a SS or GXP. But either way the F1a/s would be a good match. The GXP stock tires are more performance which the F1's fall into that catergory, and the SS tires are more All season. So you should have no problems.

What purpose would it serve to put the F1's in the rear? Why not F1's up front and stockers in the rear?

Totally depends if he has an SS or GXP, and how good the tires are up front if it is an SS car. You are supposed to put new tires on the rear of a car/truck if u only buy one set to help prevent the car from spinning out of control.
