I don't know if it was the Armorall or not, but I would always armorall up the seats in my 01 Monte Carlo SS...They never cracked or anything either

I keep mine clean and conditioned and the outside bottom bolster is showing wear... Dealer says it is the way I sit, aka I drag my *** across it on the way in!

the leather is "coated" leather. it has a vinyl coating on top. you dont want to use a leather conditioner. you need a leather protectant. 303 aerospace protectant is good, i use Optimum leather protectant. You should clean them regularly by wiping down with a damp cloth. and periodically deep clean with a soft brush and leather cleaner.
