Default Car won't start

I just got finished with the ls1 intake swap and I went to start my car and all I heard was click click click. I rechecked all the connections and didn't notice anything unplugged or loose. I did notice that the dash was displaying service theft deterent system. I tired flashing the stock tune back into the car but that didn't do the trick either. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Double tripple check all conections. Make sure the intake, tb adater and tb are tight. Check your Air intake tubing and MAF.
Are you using LS4 rail and injectors or LS1 rail and injectors? Need more details about your swap. Is DOD tuned out? Details.. Details..Details..
Who is doing your tuning and did you pull any fuses?

Try calling onstar to see if they can pull the code.

I did finally get the car to start but that was short lived. On my way to the gas station the car died and would not start again. I noticed that the voltage was fluxuating wildly from 5 to 12 V. I had the car towed to the dealer and it turns out there is a short in my ecm. The car should be up and running again next week, thanks for everyone’s help.
