Default Looking for a W Body

Hey there. My wife's 97 GTP is getting a tad long in the tooth, and I'm looking for a GXP to replace it with. I realize I have to be careful with the trannies, but why are some of you guys flipping the motor mount? Clearance for headers? What else should I be looking for? When I find one the right price a trans cooler-of-death and an LS6 intake will be following soon.
