Default led reverse lights and license plate

I was wondering have any of you guys ordered those led reverse lights and or led license plate lights off eBay? I wanted to try them and see but wanted to get feedback to see who had them

Light output is atrocious and the plate lights are aimed wrong.

I'll see if I can find my old pictures later.

ive heard nothing but bad things about reverse LEDs.......horrible light output and overrall crappy quality

the license plate bulb size is 194......the stock setup works because it reflects the light from a light bulb......you could probably find an LED that is angled and use it

Even with regular bulbs, there is absolutely no level of output for "visibility." These function fine as indicators. These are bright enough, especially compared to how dim and yellowed the original bulbs had become. For $10/pair, I can't bitch.

I beg to differ, my Silverstar Ultras had great visibility.

Ok, silverstars are not regular bulbs. More importantly, reverse lights ( on these cars, in the USA) are only intended to be indicators. We clearly did not have the same LED and you certainly spent more money.

When you're out in the sticks, those help.

I had the ~10$ ebay LEDs.

JP talked me into getting the silverstars instead of LEDs a few months ago and they are very bright but if you have tints nothing is going to help..... I take that back because my LED taillights light up everything when i touch the brakes so when im backing up i ride the brake and can see everything

I got the license plate LED though (picture was taken prior to me getting the LED taillights this pic is when i had the stockers tinted)

LOL the rigid bar would be one mean back up light. But a pair of these would be a good addition for those of us who use our reverse lights in the dark frequently.
